1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • In their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact

    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

  • Customized, sale, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  2. Approval & Pickup – Once approved, our courier partner will arrange pickup (where available). Customers may need to self-ship if courier service is not available in their area.

  3. Inspection – Returned products will undergo a quality check before processing refund/exchange.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/video as proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, or personal care items

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
